Voicemail Setup

The first time you access your voicemail it will walk you through setting up your mailbox.

From your telephone extension:

1. Press
    
2. When prompted enter the default password number: 1596 (+) # sign.
    
3. The voicemail system will walk you through setting your unavailable greeting and a new password number. The new password number must be 4 digits long.
    
4. Press Option 5 to change your settings.
    
5. Press Option 2 to change your Name Greeting,
    
6. When prompted record your name (i.e. Bob Smith) as you would like it to be heard from the company directory. (Note: The company directory is typically accessed by outside callers from your auto attendants.)

 From a single line phone or a phone other than yours:
 

1. Enter * *
2. Enter your extension number then press 
    
3. When prompted enter the default password number: 1596 (+) # sign.

NOTE: Default password is 1596+#.
