Voicemail General Access

You may need to access the voicemail system from your phone,  a phone extension other than yours, or possibly from outside the office.

From Your Desk Phone

• Press the Message button
• Enter your voicemail password
   

From a Different Desk Phone

• Dial * 97
• Enter your extension number (your mailbox) (+) #
• Enter your voicemail password (+) #
   

From Outside the Office

• Dial your main company phone number or assigned "backdoor" number
• Press *97
• Enter your extension number (voicemail/mailbox number) (+) #
• Enter your voicemail password

NOTE: Default password is 1596.
