Star Codes - System Extensions

Star Codes allow you to access system features using the dial pad.  
This is helpful if you are at a phone that does not have pre-programmed buttons to perform certain system features.

• *72        Turn call forwarding on
• *73        Turn call forwarding off
• *74        Flip call forwarding on or off
• *56        Change the number forwarding goes to
• *31        Park and Retrieve call on Park 1
• *32        Park and Retrieve call on Park 2
• *33        Park and Retrieve call on Park 3
• *34        Park and Retrieve call on Park 4
• *35        Park and Retrieve call on Park 5
• *4          Valet park a call. System will announce the parking slot number.
• *5+no.   Retrieve a Valet-parked call.  i.e. *5103
• *97        Check your Voicemail box from any phone
• **ext.    Send call directly to voicemail. i.e. Blind Transfer to **101
• *0+ext.  Place an intercom call.  i.e. *0101
• *67         Privacy/Make an anonymous call. *67 followed by the number. i.e. *678005551212
• *8           Pick up call ringing another user. *8 followed by the user extension. i.e. *8100
