Transfer to Voicemail

Used to transfer a caller to a specific user’s voicemail, bypassing the normal 4-5 rings (if their phone is not in DND—Do Not Disturb—mode).

1. Press the Tran soft key during an active call.  The call is placed on hold.
2. Press * * then enter the number you want to transfer to (i.e. 100)
3. Press the Tran soft key
