Call Forward
Call Forward allows a user to quickly forward their extension quickly and easily to either an outside number or another extension. Simply dial the desired function below and follow the instructions.
Call Forward Codes:
Enable Call Forward: *72
Disable Call Forward: *73 (disables and deletes the number)
Toggle Call Forward: *74 (turn On or Off, while leaving the Call Forward number intact)
Update Call Forward: *56 (to change the forwarding number while leaving forward On)
You can forward your device, but it is not recommended since you may have several other devices of which calls can be placed to you.
To enable call forward at your handset device only (NOT RECOMMENDED):
- Press the Menu soft key when the phone is idle, and then select Features->Call Forward
- Select the desired forward type:
Always Forward---- Incoming calls are forwarded unconditionally.
Busy Forward---- Incoming calls are forwarded when the phone is busy.
No Answer Forward---- Incoming calls are forwared if not answeredd after a period of time.
3. Enter the number you want to forward to. For No Anser Forward, Press 
or 
to select the desired ring time to wait before forwarding.
4. Press the Save soft key to accept the change
